Carville on Limbaugh

Here's Carville's response to Limbaugh's demand that the stimulus package dollars be divided in proportion to the popular vote in this year's presidential election. In other words the GOP would get to determine where 46% of the stimulus money is allocated and the Dems would get to allocate 54%. Any time either talks/writes about the other it's usually, at the very least, entertaining. Here is Carville's tongue in cheek response to Limbaugh's "plan":
